Our Investment Criteria

Our team represents an experienced transaction resource that serve to fund significant acquisitions or corporate transactions for UK based entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, clubs/syndicates and corporates. In addition, the team will consider unique solutions for corporates looking to improve balance sheet efficiency. The typical total value of the transactions reviewed by the team will be in excess of £50m, however, as there are no defined terms the objective is always to create partnership opportunities where there is a similar vision and approach with shared risks and rewards.
