Public to private

The Joint Ventures team has considerable experience of helping management teams with the de-listing of asset-backed businesses. This includes taking significant equity stakes alongside management and co-investors, while providing long-term expansion capital for businesses which have been undervalued by the capital markets.

Parallel business

Our parallel business joint ventures mirror – but are distinct from – our partners' existing operations. They can be established either to exploit new areas or to act as a conduit for the growth of existing operations. The joint venture company enters into a management contract with our joint venture partner for the provision of operational management services and staff in order to execute the business on a day-to-day basis.

Direct investment

We also create direct investment joint ventures, investing alongside our partners to acquire or develop a business, or portfolio of assets, where there is an opportunity to increase value through active management. Such portfolios may include office, retail, industrial and residential assets.

Being a joint venture partner brings with it many benefits.
