Opened in 2002, our corporate banking office in Madrid currently employs 23 corporate finance practitioners (end 2007). The team focuses on corporate and structured lending opportunities with a minimum debt requirement of about €25m, in both the Spanish and Portuguese markets. This includes all types of leveraged buy-out activity, real estate opportunities and project and infrastructure funding.
